I created the Uplifted Female Fitness Training and Nutrition Online Programme for mothers, female entrepreneurs and executives after years of never feeling like I was enough. I put my heart and soul into my corporate career and my very first business ChilliTickets.com but where did it get me health wise?

  • Taking time off work for stress and anxiety
  • Becoming Clinically Obese for sitting on my bottom all day in my 9-5 role
  • Having Bulima during the early years of building my business, for that was the only control I had.

I’ve tried every diet out there and yo-yo’d for over 20 years and I’ve spent hundreds of hours on the treadmill thinking cardio would help me stop feeling ugly, fat and not good enough.

But I knew there had to be a better way. A way where I would feel empowered, I could work hard, look after myself and still give other aspects in my life 100%! So that’s what I created. A program designed to work for your lifestyle, business and career. A program designed to help women like you lose fat, tone up, feel great in your mind and your body.

After losing 28kg, going from a size 24 to a 14 and finally finding balance,  I studied my Level 2 Fitness Instructor, my Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, my Pre and Post Natal Specialism and now I’m studying to get my Level 1 Girls Gone Strong Cert.
