A fully equiped & functional space reserved for Personal Trainers and clients only.

If you have goals to hit then I'm the PT for you.
If you want to lift weights I'm the PT for you
If you want to try boxing, tyre flips, slamballs, battlerope and prowlers I'm the PT for you.

If you're ready to take action, then I'm ready for you!.

I also offer small group training, so if you want the benefits of a PT but you want to split it with a friend or 2 … Then I can offer that too!

Why work with me?

After losing 28kg, going from a size 24 to a 14 and finally finding balance,  I studied my Level 2 Fitness Instructor, my Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, my Pre and Post Natal Specialism and now I'm studying to get my Level 1 Girls Gone Strong Cert.
